The 110H/210H series pump is intended primarily as a medium pressure fluid power pump. It is available foot or flange mounted and is suitable for cyclic pressure service. 110H and 210H series pumps are also available in canned motor/pump configurations up to 6 HP (4.5 kW).

Specifications- Series 110H/210H

Casing- High tensile, close grain cast iron

Rotor Housing- integral with casing

Power Rotor- Alloy steel, hardened and thread ground.

Idler Rotors- Pearlitic cast iron, hardened and thread ground.

O-rings- Fluoroelastomer

Seal & Bearing- Fluoroelastomer bellows mechanical seal with carbon on niresist faces and an external, permanently grease packed, deep groove ball bearing.

Accessories- Completely mounted, built to order pump/driver assemblies are available with baseplates, etc.

Outlet Pressure- 110H 1250 PSI (86.2 BAR) at 100 SSU (20 CST) minimum; 1500 PSI (103.4 BAR) at 150 SSU (32 CST) minimum. 210H 1500 PSI (103.4 BAR) at 100 SSU (20 CST) minimum; 2000 PSI (137.9 BAR) at 150 SSU (32 CST) minimum.

Inlet Pressure- 35 PSIG (2.4 BAR) maximum; 10 PSIA (0.69 BAR) minimum.

Viscosity- 70 to 3000 SSU (13 to 650 CST). Hydraulic oils, lube oils, phosphate ester and water-glycol fire resistant fluids can be handled per standard pump ratings. Distillate fuels can be handled at a minimum viscosity of 33 SSU (2 CST) in the 250 to 300 PSI (17.2 to 20.7 BAR) range- consult factory.

Temperature- 0 to 160°F (-18 to 71°C).

Drive- Direct only. Available as a canned motor/pump as well.

Rotation- Clockwise facing pump shaft.

Mounting- May be foot or flange mounted in any attitude.

Filtration- 74 micron inlet filtration recommended.

Connections- Inlets and outlets are SAE 4-bolt 3000 PSI rated flange pads. Inlet heads are rotatable in 90° increments relative to the discharge port.

Maximum Speed*- 5000 RPM maximum.

* Assumes minimum inlet pressure requirements are met.
